Download & Installation


Android
  1. Open Google Play Store. Search for JomParking.
  2. Download and install the app. Please wait until complete.
  3. After the installation is complete, click OPEN button to run JomParking app.
iOS
  1. Open App Store. Search for JomParking.
  2. Download and install the app. Please wait until complete.
  3. After the installation is complete, click OPEN button to run JomParking app.
Huawei
  1. Open Huawei AppGallery. Search for JomParking.
  2. Download and install the app. Please wait until complete.
  3. After the installation is complete, click OPEN button to run JomParking app.

Account


Registration
  1. Enter a valid phone number. +60 (Malaysia country code is at default, please change the country code by click the FLAG icon) prefix is added automatically. (Example phone number is 0132401233, so please enter 132401233). Click CONTINUE.
  2. Create a new password. Minimum 8 character. Click CONTINUE.
  3. Create a new username. Username is unique and cannot contain spaced in between character. It is also depends on the availability of the username.
  4. Enter a valid email address. Click SIGN UP.
  5. Once registration is complete, verification is required before can proceed to make a transaction.
Verification
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click VERIFY NOW.
  2. A 4-digit verification code will be sent thru SMS at registered phone number. Just in case an invalid phone number was entered during registration, it can be updated by click CHANGE NUMBER.
  3. Enter the 4-digit verification code. Click VERIFY.
  4. Once verification is complete, you are now able to make both topup and parking transaction.
Login
  1. Enter a valid phone number. +60 (Malaysia country code is at default, please change the country code by click the FLAG icon) prefix is added automatically. (Example phone number is 0132401233, so please enter 132401233). Click CONTINUE.
  2. Enter password. Click CONTINUE.
Recovery
  1. Click FORGOT PASSWORD at the login page.
  2. Enter a valid phone number. +60 (Malaysia country code is at default, please change the country code by click the FLAG icon) prefix is added automatically. (Example phone number is 0132401233, so please enter 132401233). Click CONTINUE.
  3. Please confirm the phone number entered is correct. Click OK.
  4. A 4-digit verification code will be sent thru SMS at registered phone number.
  5. Enter the 4-digit verification code. Click VERIFY.
  6. Enter the email address registered with your JomParking account. Just in case you forgot which email address was registered, please contact our Support team.
  7. Enter new password and re-enter new password. Click RESET.
  8. Once recovery process is complete, you are now able to login to your account.
Update Profile
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click VIEW PROFILE.
  2. You are able to upload/change profile picture. Click CHANGE PROFILE PICTURE.
  3. You are able to update email address. Please click UPDATE icon next to your email address.
  4. You are able to update gender, either male or female. Please click UPDATE icon next to your gender.
  5. You are able to update birth date. Please click UPDATE icon next to your birth date.
  6. You are able to update password. Please click CHANGE PASSWORD. Enter current password. Enter new password and re-enter new password. Click CONTINUE.
  7. You are able to allow/disallow the permission for JomParking to send an official receipt to your email address. Please toggle theON/OFF icon next to Send Receipt to Email menu.
Language
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click LANGUAGE.
  2. You are able to change the app language as you preferred. The languages available are English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia.
Invite Friends
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click INVITE FRIENDS.
  2. Your invitation code will be displayed. Share it to your friends and family and you will receive a reward once you invite a friend to register an account with JomParking. **Subject to terms and conditions.
Promo Code
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click PROMO CODE.
  2. Click ADD (+) icon.
  3. Enter the promo code. Click REDEEM. **Subject to terms and conditions.
News
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click NEWS.
  2. All JomParking news will be displayed. Click on the preferred news to read more info.
Support
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click SUPPORT.
  2. To contact our Support team thru phone call, please click CALL icon.
  3. To contact our Support team thru email, please click EMAIL icon.
  4. To contact our Support team thru chat, please click CHAT icon.
About
  1. Go to Profile menu. Click ABOUT.
  2. App version number installed will be displayed. Example: Version 3.5.4
  3. To view JomParking official Facebook page, click FACEBOOK icon.
  4. To view JomParking official Instagram account, click INSTAGRAM icon.
  5. To view JomParking official Twitter account, click TWITTER icon.
  6. To view JomParking privacy policy, click PRIVACY POLICY
  7. To view JomParking terms and condition, click TERMS & CONDITION

Parking Transaction


On-street Parking
  1. Go to Home menu. A map will be displayed.
  2. Select the zone location. App will automatically select the nearby zone location if currently you are within JomParking supported area. This also can be done manually if you are not within JomParking supported area. Click PARK NOW.
  3. Select vehicle plate number. If there is no vehicle plate number registered, please do so at Vehicle menu.
  4. Select the parking duration. The minimum/maximum hours of parking duration depends on the zone location.
  5. Click PAY NOW.
  6. Please confirm all parking information entered are correct. Click OK.
  7. After a parking transaction successfully purchased, a countdown timer will be displayed at Active Parking menu.
  8. An alert notification will be pop-up about 15 minutes before parking ends. You will have the options to extend the parking duration.
  9. To extend parking duration, go to Active Parking. Add the parking duration. Click EXTEND NOW.
  10. Please confirm all parking information entered are correct. Click OK. **Step 7-9 will repeat, depends on the operation hours.
Off-street Parking
  1. Go to Home menu. A map will be displayed.
  2. Select the zone location. App will automatically select the nearby zone location if currently you are within JomParking supported area. This also can be done manually if you are not within JomParking supported area. Click PARK NOW.
  3. Scan the ENTRANCE QR code at the entrance barrier gate. Different zone location requires different minimum token balance.
  4. Enter the parking once the barrier gate opened. A timer will be displayed at Active Parking menu.
  5. Upon exit, go to Active Parking menu. Click PAY & EXIT. Please ensure that your account have sufficient token balance.
  6. Scan the EXIT QR CODE code at the exit barrier gate.
  7. Tokens will be deducted from your account and the barrier gate will open. Exit from parking safely. **There are a few zone locations that the tokens will be deducted upon entry.
Monthly Pass
  1. Go to STORE.
  2. Go to PARKING PASSES.
  3. A list of monthly pass available will be displayed. Select your preffered monthly pass.
  4. Click PURCHASE NOW.
  5. Select the payment method either via credit/debit card, online banking, Boost e-wallet or GrabPay e-wallet. Purchasing directly using tokens is not accepted.
  6. Complete the payment.
  7. Once the transaction is complete, the monthly pass will be active immediately and displayed at Active Parking menu.
Active Parking
  • The monthly pass and list of active parking for both on-street and off-street parking will be displayed here. There will be 3 section divided.
  • The top section is for monthly passes. Every monthly pass purchased will be displayed here sorted based on the date of validity.
  • The middle section is for off-street parking. A timer for off-street parking will be displayed here once the ENTRANCE QR Code was scanned upon entry.
  • The bottom section is for on-street parking. A countdown timer for on-street parking will be displayed here once it is successfully purchased. An option to EXTEND the parking also available at this section.
  • Finally after all parking transctions ended, it will be stored at History menu with a detailed receipt.
Add Vehicle
  1. Go to PROFILE.
  2. Go to VEHICLE.
  3. To register a vehicle plate number, click ADD (+) icon.
  4. Enter Vehicle Plate Number. No spaced in between alphabet and numbers. Example: ABC1234
  5. Enter Description. However it is optional. Example: Perodua Myvi
  6. Click CONFIRM.
Delete Vehicle
  1. Go to PROFILE.
  2. Go to VEHICLE.
  3. Select (1) vehicle plate number, click DELETE.

Token


Reload Token
  1. Go to STORE.
  2. Go to RELOAD TOKEN.
  3. Select the amount of token. Minimum reload is RM10 which equals to 1000 tokens.
  4. Click PURCHASE NOW.
  5. Select the payment method either via credit/debit card, online banking, Boost e-wallet or GrabPay e-wallet.
  6. Complete the payment.
  7. Once the transaction is complete, tokens will be added automatically into your account.
Share Token
  1. Go to SCAN menu.
  2. Scan RECEIVER'S QR CODE or enter RECEIVER"S PHONE NUMBER.
  3. Enter the token amount to be shared.
  4. Click CONFIRM.
Request Token
  1. Go to SCAN menu.
  2. Click SHOW QR CODE.
  3. Let SENDER to scan RECEIVER"S QR CODE.

Payment Method


Credit/Debit Card
  1. Select payment method CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
  2. Select VISA/MASTERCARD.
  3. Click PAY NOW.
  4. Enter the credit/debit card details.
  5. Checked the I AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITION.
  6. You will be direct to the bank site.
  7. Request for One Time Pin OTP sent to your registered phone number.
  8. Enter the One Time Pin OTP.
  9. Confirm the payment. Please wait until transaction is complete.
  10. Once transaction successfully complete. You will be redirect to JomParking app.
Online Banking
  1. Select payment method ONLINE BANKING.
  2. Select pereffered online banking. Example: Maybank2U.
  3. Checked the I AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITION.
  4. Click PAY NOW.
  5. You will be direct to the bank site.
  6. Login to your online banking account.
  7. Request for Transaction Authorisation Code TAC sent to your registered phone number.
  8. Enter the Transaction Authorisation Code TAC.
  9. Confirm the payment. Please wait until transaction is complete.
  10. Once transaction successfully complete. You will be redirect to JomParking app.
Boost e-wallet
  1. Select payment method BOOST.
  2. Checked the I AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITION.
  3. Click PAY NOW.
  4. You will be direct to the Boost e-wallet app.
  5. Login to your Boost account.
  6. Confirm the payment.
  7. Enter PIN number. Please wait until transaction is complete.
  8. Once transaction successfully complete. You will be redirect to JomParking app.
GrabPay e-wallet
  1. Link your GrabPay account. Go to PROFILE.
  2. Go to PAYMENT METHOD.
  3. Click ADD (+) icon.
  4. Click GRABPAY.
  5. You will be direct to the GrabPay e-wallet app.
  6. Login to your GrabPay account.
  7. Enter PIN number. Please wait until link process is complete.
  8. Once the link process is complete, you will be redirect to JomParking app. You are now able to use GrabPay payment method with ease.
  9. Select payment method GRABPAY.
  10. Enter PIN number.
  11. Confirm the payment. Please wait a moment.
  12. Transaction is complete.
